Hnetao: I usually don't write revies, but this machine is so good, I get home tired after 10 hours shift, take a shower and relax with this amazing massage. I don't have to ask, nor wait for someone to do it.
I didn't think it was going to help with my plantar fasciitis, but it is, somehow, my pain is much better.

Sarah Hansel: The heat is nice, not too hot to make you sweat, pleasant with socks or not. I wish there was a setting to have either or, instead of always both kneeding and compression. When I use medium on both it’s not enough, when I use high on both it’s so hard I have to stop it. And I can stand a lot! So I use light on roller and hard on compression. That’s my perfect fit.

This is my first foot massage machine so bear in mind i have no comparison with other models.

How does it work? pretty simple.

1. Remote is typical slim card-like remote. Isn't RF based so its directional. Works just fine

2. Plug it in and go. Unfortunately, it doesnt retain the LAST settings you used so it resets back to HEAT + low kneading intensity and low air intensity. Kind of annoying when you have to keep setting it back every single time 15 or 30 min expires.

3. Kneading L/M/H levels just changes the speed , not intensity.

4. If you want more pressure for kneading, you adjust the AIR intensity. L/M/H. I find "Low" useless. M...

Mary S. Kolbe: I actually wanted to get one of the products with the slots for your feet (like Cloud Massage) because I wanted to be able to do my calves and feet. But the weight of the ones with heat turned me against those and the cost was generally higher. This product is very light. I'm a weak little lady so I like light. Also it's more affordable. I chose Renpho after a lot of research on the reviews and YouTube videos. I had actually decided on another product but it had 16 reviews that said it either didn't work or stopped working within a short time. No thank you!
I had never used a foot massager before and I didn't know what to expect. Here are some of my ideas and suggestions.
1. People complained about not enough or no heat. It does take a while to heat up but it's there. It's not high heat probably because they don't to be sued for setting people's feet on fire. But I put my hand in after my first use and definitely felt it inside both slots.
2. This may sound odd but I found that tying my knees together with a bathrobe tie kept my legs and feet at a good angle to get the full beneift of the massage. Otherwise you knees will have a tendency to fall...

John Tsouris: This is a very good quality item. Here is a description that even the listing doesn't have.
This unit has two sets of shiatsu rollers, one at the front 1/3rd of the foot, and another in the middle 1/3rd. There are no shiatsu rollers in the back, just what they call a 'tapper'. There are pressure air bags completely surrounding the foot on the sides, and one on the top front.
Note I said the middle shiatsu is a roller. It's a full roller that can reverse direction. Both rollers on this unit can. Most other foot massagers have a shiatsu arm that moves back and forth in the middle instead of rollers.
The unit is heated. It takes a while to reach full temperature, but when it does, it gets very hot.
At the heel they have what's called a 'tapper.' It's better described as a thumper or vibrator, a strong one.
Now, here are the operating modes:
You can turn on the shiatsu rollers, and add heat, thumper and air pressure independently.
You can turn on the thumper and add heat and add shiatsu rollers independently, but not air pressure.
You cannot just turn on the heat. You cannot just turn on the air pressure.
