It’s not an air pillow, it has some type of gel or something, in it. It’s the most comfortable bath pillow, I’ve ever used! & I love that it has a hook, to hang it to dry. Great buy!!

Kd: I love this luxury bath pillow! So comfortable and supportive. The fabric is soft. The suction cups keep it in place. The suction cups come with a little tabs so you can easily un suction the pillow from the bath after use. Also has a little hook to hang to dry. Comes with a storage bag and a laundry bag. Washes well on 30 degrees gentle cycle. Highly recommend!

Yvonne: I loved the pillow however when I tried to wash it the suction cups kept coming off. They are not easy to reapply to the pillow.

C. Paver: I moved house and found that the bath is large with a straight back which makes it difficult to lie back and relax. This bath pillow is padded and extremely comfortable however I found that as soon as I lay back it started sliding down. There is a towel rail on the wall fairly near that end of the bath so I now use it by tying the bath pillow handle to the towel rail and lowering myself gently onto the pillow.

Linda: I tried to get the suction cups to work but it kept sliding down as I tried pushing on them to make them suction. I could not get them to stick good and finally gave up and took my bath w/o it. I'm not sure what is going on and didn't want to give a bad rating as it looks great but I may have to use it for a gift and hope that person can use it.
