Mai: It’s decent. I’m small, an it seemed like it wasn’t much support for my upper back/shoulders. Also wasn’t as comfortable. It felt like plastic, but it is plastic lol.

Rebe: Perfect little pillow. I like that it is rounded. I noticed a few reviews about mold and water getting inside. First of all, ANYTHING you just leave flush against a wet tub or shower is going to get moldy if you do jot allow it to dry. Also, if your grabbing the pillow and ripping it off the tub you are going to tear it and YES, water is obviously going to get inside. No problems if you stick a finger under the edge suction cup and ease it off of the tub - to go dry out!

Amazonlady: The flat part lies flat against my tub, which is good, so I gave this pillow a 3 for comfort and support. ( Being a bit generous ) Glad it supports my back and i don't have to feel a hard cold surface. The suction cups don't all work at the same time. Out of all 7 of the suction cups, one might work, then the whole pillow slides all around. You have to try to figure it out ... I don't want to fool with a pillow when needing to relax. Even if the design does not fit my tub perfectly, at least the suction cups should work better. Too much work and bother -- I ended up using it without the suction cups. It provides some cushion without the cups. The water helps it stick better, but the suction is still inconsistent.

kjs: I usually get the terry covered bath pillows so my back doesn't hit a cold pillow when I initially lie back in the tub. The drawback to those is getting bacteria trapped in there and having to either clean them regularly or throw them away regularly.

While it took some getting used to lying back on this pillow because of the cold, I have learned to like it more than any others I've had. It's soft and fairly comfortable and it's only cold for the first few seconds then it's over. It's also easy to keep clean which is a huge plus.

I noticed several reviewers said they like this for their tubs which have flat backs. Mine is curved so perhaps that is why it's not 100% comfy. I can see how this might be an improvement with a flat tub surface. The back of the pillow has about 5 suction cups which is great, but was tricky to stick to the curved surface at first because the pillow is straight and flat itself. The cups wouldn't stay on at first. After I'd used it for a couple of weeks, it molded itself to the shape of my tub and now stays on quite well.

I loved that the pillow didn't get ruined when my three year old ripped it out of the tub. A suction cup tore out but...
