Kindle Customer 5552: Overall I really do like this bath pillow, but it just isn't long enough for me. My bathtub is pretty short I guess, about 4.5, 5 ft long, so I have to scrunch down to be able to properly use the pillow with it supporting my neck so it only reaches down to about the middle of my shoulders/upper back (I am only 65 inches tall). When this happens, my lower back is not being supported by the pillow at all, but if I sit up so the pillow can support my back more, it doesn't support or cushion my head and neck anymore. I give it 5 stars instead of 4, though, because it honestly might just be the size of my tub is the issue more than the pillow and if my tub were longer the pillow would work better. It is comfortable, it is squishy and nice, but I wish it were maybe 4-6 inches longer to reach my lower back as well.

MRD: This is the second one of these I've purchased----although definitely the MOST comfortable, I have always rinsed it after each use, washed it as per instructions and STILL it goes grey and looks dirty. I am baffled and cannot understand why this happens.
