I really liked the Nekteck foot and calf massager, and used it lightly: perhaps once per week. Unfortunately it seems to have broken just under a year after purchase: when plugged in the power button flashes red and the device will not work. This red flashing error seems to have affected a number of customers, so it seems to be a common issue: not something I expect for a $180 piece of equipment.
Prior to the unit breaking I would have given it 4.5 start, as it really was a great device that provided me with a lot of relief.
I will be contacting the Nekteck support, and will update my review accordingly depending on their response. .

I just love this foot massager! I have plantar fasciitis, and after a long day on my feet, this massage feels so good. Unfortunately, it stopped working after 8 months. I contacted Nekteck since it was still under warranty. After a simple process, I received a brand new machine. My feet are happy again, and I'm happy when a company stands behind their product. Hoping this machine will work a little longer.

I found after using this massager, much circulation in my feet, which are both quite numb, was restored. The compression is excellent and together with the rollers I felt a great difference as soon as I completed the massage.
I didn’t explore the heat option much so I can’t really comment on that. Bit noisy at times but it has moving parts so that’s acceptable. I’ve got it under my computer so whenever I have a Zoom session I can have a massage too. I wear socks with massagers and it takes a few sessions before you experience proper relaxation. At first because my skin was unaccustomed to the massaging, it was a bit painful but over time gets relaxing and soothing. I recommend this model and I like the remote. I do mainly feet but tilting it you can do calves too.

Updated review: after submitting my previous review about how disappointed I was that the massager stopped working after 3 months the seller reached out right away to help! They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement. This one works great and I am so impressed with the sellers quick response, kind follow ups and desire to make this right. Thank you very much!!
Previous review: I’ve had this for just 3 months and it has stopped working! It will turn on and then after about a minute it just shuts off. So disappointing. I was trying to contact the seller, but it appears I am not able to because I’m outside the window for returns or replacements. This item was too expensive to just stop working after 3 months.
