Yulia M.: Bought this for my 90 year old grandma because she has bad feet. It stopped working in less than year. This is the second one I've purchased and it failed too. 2 for 2 means poor quality and not reliable or durable. I don't recommend this to anyone.

Amazon Kunde: Handhabung ist in Ordnung. Einfache Bedienung. Nur von der Fußmassage habe ich mir mehr von versprochen. Der Fuß wird nicht ganzflächig massiert. Könnte daher vom Preis her etwas günstiger sein.

Sergio: Overall good massage with foam-like pressure. Unfortunately the heating is non existing, which was an important feature for us. Also, every time you press a button it has a very loud beep.

julien: J'ai acheté ce produit car j'ai de fortes douleurs plantaires et bas jambes en fin de journée.
J'avoue que je suis déçue par ce produit, peut être que mes espérances étaient trop hautes...
Au niveau des pieds c'est légèrement agréable 15min puis on se laisse. Les pressions ne sont pas suffisantes sous le pied en revanche sur la cheville un peu trop fortes.
Mis à part les pieds, je pense que c'est un mensonge de dire qu'il peut servir à d'autres membres. Cela est douloureux au niveau des mollets et des avants bras. Les billes sont trop dures pour ces membres. Ce n'est pas du tout agréable.
Je me laisse encore quelques jours mais je pense sérieusement à le retourner. Produit trop cher pour ce qu'il fait! Dommage...

Jas: We bought this foot massager and everything worked well(except for heating) but we realized that the brand of the package sent was different from the one listed above. When we reached out to the company, they sent us a second and third massager(of the correct brand) for free. Overall the product works well and the company is very helpful, but the heating function still does not work.

Kaimu: The initial foot massager was working good for about a month, then it would stop working, with the panel still on. After about 5 minutes it would resume, then stop. It was beyond the Amazon return date so I was worried. Reached out to the company via email instead and they immediately responded. Tried to troubleshoot the issue and eventually determined the control panel was at fault. They then sent me a replacement. Great service!!!
