James cullen: I use this product for very bad foot pain that I deal with every day for years and this device at the end of the day after a shower before bed there is nothing like using this machine before going to sleep it leaves you feeling brand new. I had a lost piece I lost at some point and the company honored their warranty and helped me quickly that shows integrity, I don’t usually leave reviews for many but when a company goes up and Above for customers I think the least they deserve is a well deserved good review:) thank you guys I will surely recommend this to my family and friends, also to all Amazons public I obviously sincerely recommend this massager if you are having any foot pain, this massager uses compression and other tools that adjust and move up and down your feet and it gets into all the little grooves other machines would normally miss, it also has heating modes and at least three or so different level functions and timers, I usually just use it on mode one and that’s great so start with mode one for strength and turn on heat if you feel like it and if you feel like you’d like more pressure turn it up modes. Mick & Laura: Got this for my wifey who has a ton of foot pain/problems so this is her review- Yes it works, it massages but was not what I was looking for. Easy to use, only 3 setting though. It can be gentle or aggressive, it just did not hit the spots I needed it too. The bottom roller is hard plastic & only rolls back & forth. It did not hit the spots on my arch or ball of foot that I wanted it too. It also does not do a figure 8 or clockwise motion ONLY back & forth. The small side rollers turn like a rotisserie but barely touched my feet...I guess I have narrow feet, maybe a wider foot would get a better massage (I'm an 8 1/2 shoe). On the lowest setting the air compression is barely noticeable but on the highest setting it can hurt because it pushes your feet into the plastic rollers pretty good. I would also suggest wearing thick socks when using machine to provide some cushion. I returned it because it was not providing the massage I needed. (I made sure my feet were clean & covered when testing cause eww all feet are gross...lol)

Laura: This was the first of four foot massagers that I tried. The CINCOM worked well, but the heel roller felt too painful to me. Socks do help. I have concluded, after trying four, that none of these massagers have noticeable heat. The heat works slowly and very subtle. I have a size 8 foot, and there was plenty of room in there for a larger foot. Neither the air pressure intensity nor the rollers could be turned on or off to work alone. If I stopped here I would not have been unhappy, except that it wasn't my first choice. The one I wanted wasn't on sale.
