Irina Rebbettes: Amazing book for all women at all ages that’s highly recommended to read. We shall not just trust everything that a doctor tells us, we need to understand this ourselves. We need to be informed and we need to trust our bodies, trust our gut, and keep it healthy! :)
This books explains every reason of why the periods are coming, not coming, are painful or easy.
By educating a woman, you educate a generation and each of us needs to start with herself.
Thank you ❤️

Karen: Have read 4 other books on perimenopause and menopause and this one is by far the best, especially when it comes to mood issues, as it is very thorough. For each symptom section, like sleep, hot flashes, migraines, mood it goes into what medications might help and what supplements could be beneficial too. It has literally become my Menopause bible and I have looked up issues for friends several times too who have found great relief using some of her treatment ideas. Also, Dr Briden writes very caringly and explains things in details without making it complicated. There are even section under each symptom of what to ask and say to your doctor if they are not in the know, which you might know by now they often don't. I literally used it to back myself up in telling my doctor which treatment I needed/wanted despite her objections, and voila I feel back to my old self again.

Navila Bittar: I'm giving it 4 stars because the book is really poor quality. The pages come out f so you got to be very careful not to lose any of them while you read it. The content is excellent though. I blame the editorial for the poor quality, the author is excellent.

Alexis: I've been having issues with my period for the past year. In fact, for the last 9 months, I've not had a period on my own, and my doctor has been having me take Progesterone tablets every three months to induce a period. She, as well as a second gyno I went to see, have had no explanation for me as to why this is happening and have wanted to put me on birth control. This bothers me to no end. First of all, I don't want to be on birth control, but I guess that is kind of besides the point. The main point is that my body is not doing what it is naturally meant to be doing, and it bothers me that none of the doctors I sought out have tried to find the root of the problem. So, after 9 months of taking the progesterone pills every 3 months, (so 3 medically induced periods for 9 months) I decided I had had enough. I came across this book and read a lot of good reviews and decided to give it a whirl. This book is very clear and easy to understand. She gives you a lot of options where supplements and new lifestyle choices are concerned. She also made it very clear that it would take three months to get my period back, because that is how long it takes for the follicle to mature. One of...

Jessica Brown: Coming off of birth control has been an emotionally and at times physically distressing roller coaster. This book simplified everything and broke down you, your cycle, and the many things that can dream havoc on it. I learned so much and plan to take this information with me throughout the rest of my lifelong journey of getting to know my body.
