I’ve had this wig for almost a year and it’s lasted me a good amount of time for the price knots bleach easily after a few months it started to shed like crazy but it’s a great wig id your looking for something to last up to 6 months.: I ordered an X-large and returned for a Large material is nice and soft recommend ordering down if you want a cinched waist while working out

Bambi: I love this waist trainer, there is no debate about that. I’m always “nervous” with online ordering, so I follow size guides and measure myself every time I buy something.
I measured, ordered the recommended size, and it’s too big (which is a good feeling, but not when you just bought it lol!). I’m still able to use it, but both straps wrap so far around, they don’t Velcro so I have to use a smaller waist trainer over it to help it stay in place. The vest part is also too big as well so I put a shirt over it to keep that in place.
I will reorder a smaller size in a few weeks, for now it works for me. And I absolutely love the double bands, I have a long torso and I’m 6’ tall. The bands cover my upper abdomen and lower abdomen perfectly, I just wish I ordered smaller in the beginning!
