Amazon Customer: Arrived well sealed and is a great overall price for the amount you get. So if you are a bread baking aficionado then you should definitely grab this. Once you open it I find that it’s best to portion it into sealable, mason jars and store in the refrigerator.

Jimmie James: I have been using the yeast on several bread recipes. I am very happy with the results. I bought this amount for what I would have paid for a 1/4 as much in the store.
I would highly recommend if the price remains part of the decision making.
