J. Greenhouse: The return window closed June 1, 2023. I received 2 rechargeable 9 volt batteries. About 2 weeks after they became nonreturnable one of them stopped working, would not hold a charge. I rated this item lower. While I like the Micro USB charging and the cable that came with the batteries, I ended up paying for one battery that actually works and that defeats the purpose I had of always have a battery ready to use. TO THE CREDIT OF THE COMPANY, I have revised my rating now on July 10 2023, after they have offered a refund.

Greg Mein: The media could not be loaded. Although I haven't used them a whole lot yet the batteries seem to charge up and work fine. What's weird is that one side of the charger forever flashes red and never turns green. The charger behavior remains the same if the batteries are switched around so the fault would appear to be at the charger. Is this normal or is this a defect?
Update: They sent a new two battery unit to reconcile this defect, it's an acceptable solution and I've raised my star rating to 5.
