Eric Holland: Me and the boys have remote controlled tracked robot things that we use these for and they last a good while and don't seem to drain down when they sit for a few weeks plugged into the vehicles.
They will go dead sitting on the charger though, but that's to be expected.

KENT ERICKSON: Charger is nice and they seem to charge fairly quickly. I have only used one of the batteries and it worked fine but I noted that the voltage after a charge was about 8.5 volts vice 9 for a Duracell. Also the current indicated on my battery tester was about 22 mA vice 25 as required for a passing test. For many applications this may be fine but I noticed that when I used the battery in an Ethernet cable tester over a long range I got dubious results. This may have been due to the need to supply enough current to test over a long range. Since some applications for 9V power may require relatively high current draw, these batteries may not work as well as their alkiline counterparts.

Alexander F.: This is not a 9V battery. It is 8.4V when charged -- open circuit; best case. Under load we're talking about 7.4V. This is not to say that It's completely useless. Many battery powered devices can handle, and compensate for, the low voltage perfectly well (you'll just get a nagging low battery warning.) But in some more sensitive applications, like smoke alarms, which screech on low voltage, this product is a no go.

Zhuoyu Wang: I bought these batteries for my fire alarms at home, which need 9V batteries. I changed the battery for a fire alarm with one of these battery yesterday, but the fire alarm still warned low battery issue. I thought it's probably because the battery was not fully charged. So I charged it for more than 12 hours. Then it worked. A little issue is that the size is slightly larger than normal ones. It's hard to pull it out from the slot in my fire alarm.
