Jaspreet: You cannot calibrate P10 though it has pin hole. As per support email, you leave it on for 1-2 hrs outside for calibration. May be calibration not needed at all. Looks reasonably accurate.

dmorikawa: I am reviewing the M10i WiFi enabled unit. There's a lot to like about this monitor. It's reasonably accurate and tracks my outdoor PurpleAir unit when placed near it. The reading changes very rapidly with changing environment. This is especially useful when trying to track down potential air quality problems in your home. The reading can change over a wide range in a few seconds to match the local environment. This was useful to track down unusually high readings to an ultrasonic humidifier in one of the bedrooms (puts out billions of microscopic water droplets which will fool an PM2.5 sensor). Once you get the WiFi connection to work it is very stable and the app provides useful 24 hour plots of all 4 values in user chosen intervals down to every 5 minutes. Once I got the WiFi working I've had no problems with the app and data it provides. All that being said, this is one of the worst implementations of WiFi setup of any device I've ever owned. It is extremely tricky and difficult to get the unit to connect to your WiFi network. Read the review from chromodynamica as a helpful starting point. Amazon Customer: Due to polluted and dusty air lungs problems are increasing. Generally we think it is due to some illness and spend for unnecessary medicines. We had such problems. Long time cough and sore throat. Medicines did not improve the health. This unit helped us that AQI inside is around 200. 1.5 micron suspended particles are more than 100 during mid day. This helped us to understand the problem. Now we have solved the health issues. This unit helps to monitor AQI always.

Sheila B: I like to use the setting that is continually going through the four different readings. What is super handy is the tiny light on the front that is green when a reading is good, yellow when a reading is in the warning area, and red if it's dangerous.

The instructions are right... Do not leave it in a humid environment. The instructions say to leave it outside for around 3 hours before you use it the first time or after a long break. So I left it on a protected window ledge, forgot about it, and it started to rain. I brought it in the house to use it for the first time and the readings were off the chart. I was scared because we just bought this house 6 months ago. Anyway, my husband turned it back on the next day and all the readings were more reasonable.

And we have wildfire air quality issues, and we had a window open in the room where the device was, and it was amazing to see that it picked up on the PM 2.5 smoke particles. We closed the window, ran an air purifier, and saw the reading go to safe levels. So I'm confident that it's doing its job.

Zachary SabatelliZachary Sabatelli: For some time, I have been wanting to collect baseline readings for the air quality in my home. More specifically, I had the desire to collect air quality values for my ceramics studio. As it is in somewhat of a confined space in the basement of a 94-year-old home, air particulates and overall air quality are my main concerns.

It was quite difficult shopping for an air monitor that seemed reliable, collected values I was trying to discover, and one that was not incredibly expensive. Throughout the days spent browsing and doing a fair amount of research, I passed on the Temtop M10 several times. However, it continued to be the option I returned to.

Two attributes I wasn't satisfied with include:
- the lack of being able to display the concentration of specific particulate matter size, less than 2.5 microns.
- the above information would only satisfy my own curiosity at this level of monitoring.
- the anticipated lifespan of the HCHO, TVOC and PM2.5 sensors.
- if I truly need more than 3 years of monitoring, I'll cross that bridge when it comes.

Fa quello che promette.
I sensori sono molto sensibili: in presenza di elementi rilevabili (ad es. il fumo di una candela o di un fiammifero acceso) l'indicazione sale rapidamente, per poi ridiscendere altrettanto rapidamente al cessare della causa..
I valori ammissibili degli inquinanti sono indicati in una tabellina consultabile nelle istruzioni, ma vi è anche una spia sul dispositivo che fornisce un'indicazione in base al colore: verde. giallo o rosso.
Interessante è la presenza anche di un indicatore complessivo della qualità dell'aria (AQI, che tuttavia, per essere propriamente tale secondo standard internazionali, dovrebbe basarsi anche sulla rilevazione di inquinanti non rilevabili da questo dispositivo)
Io l'ho acquistato per monitorare l'eventuale presenza di formaldeide o altri gas nocivi in un appartamento recentemente ristrutturato.
Poiché le indicazioni fornitemi escludono la presenza di gas nocivi, mi ha consentito di risparmiare l'acquisto di un purificatore d'aria.
