The issue I have is the layout and not knowing what certain subjects on my account mean when viewing the GPS account but other than that the Device I'd great the company is amazing and very happy to help with anything needed!!! I was able to quickly set up the tracker, that was super simple but as soon as I actually wanted to use the tracker that’s where things get complicated. It came with a paper that said first and second month free… but was immediately asked for card information and then immediately charged. I thought okay whatever at least I’ll get to use the thing. Logged in to the website and was soo overwhelmed with all of the different buttons and actions. It’s very detailed to the point that it’s overkill. I never know what button to push and when I thought I got the hang of it… I was wrong lol. It’s not very user friendly so I thought maybe I just need to download the app instead. Did that and it’s still a bit a lot to take in but does seem to at least be better than using the website. Fun fact: the tracker easily disconnects as well. I tried searching for my vehicle just to find out that is somehow offline…AGAIN. If you’re not a professional I’d try looking for something more user friendly and that keeps its word. I am super disappointed with this product

I did not like this product as it needed to have an activation contract set up and this cost 300 dollars, then the manufacturer (Brickhouse) said they do not recognize the Amazon order number and did not activate the item (Tracker)
I have asked for a refund but they are not responding to me, this is not very fair at all. I think this is a scam and will be reporting it
Amazon also need to get involved hear as this will reflect on your business too.
