Trish helped with customer support. Make sure you choose the right plan. They help fix it if you need to. Battery last about 2 weeks. Location was accurate. I placed in the rear. Magnets hold very strong! Highly recommend. Easy yo use. You can check battery life on the app too. Customer service is great! Solid red is full battery. Using the app on the website is even more effective eith more features.

This is a wonderful product and the company provides excellent fast customer service via chat on the browser. Right out of the box there were some glitches but they were resolved quickly by them sending remote instructions to the unit. Then today I had a brief glitch and again, connecting via browser chat with Kelvin, all issues and questions were quickly dealt with. A solid 5 stars from me.

With the 140d kit including a larger capacity battery and solid case to keep tracker in, this unit makes keeping track of a vehicle for longer periods of time a very hands off prospect. Ive had mine in place for 2 weeks and the battery has dropped about 10% which seems right on track for 140d plus! Truthfully though, Id be happy with less as its not a huge deal to charge it every 3-4 months and the size of this package is ideal!
The magnets are powerful and the case is the best shape in my opinion for the best possible magnetic hold but also keeping the size in check well. Ive seen competitors that are long and cylindrical which would seem to fall off easier. This unit isnt falling off! The interior of the case is lined with foam for protection, but I do have one criticism below regarding that but its not a big deal!
Their customer service is very helpful and quick to respond - I was assisted by Kelvin and he was great!
Below are some very minor constructive criticisms for the company to look into but please realize that NONE of these are a big issue!
1) Please make your subscription plans accessable and changeable from a web access portal...

I purchased this device because of the battery life and the battery and tracker come with a weather proof case.
Setting up the device on my cell phone with the App and a PC with the web based program was simple and straightforward.
So far, the gps tracking has been very accurate.
I needed assistance with setting up a second user. Kelvin responded quickly with live chat and the problem was resolved in minutes.

First GPS I’ve purchase and made use of. So far so good. Extended battery life is excellent, which is why I decided to opt for this model in the first place. Cost of my unit was a solid buy “on sale” @ $99.99 CAD, and I’ll be buying a backup considering the above (and incase this one happens to be found lol) Comes with a SIM card, no need to purchase one like I did, or many other brands require.
The App is relatively easy to navigate and straightforward once you give yourself an hour or two, and make yourself familiar. I did opt to live message customer support via the app regarding “How to receive Text / SMS message to my cellphone” once my pre set geocache locations were breached. It was a good experience in my opinion. I received an answer / link detailing info within a minute or two, quicker than online banking.
The map itself is extremely detailed similar to google earth. You can change to a generic map at the click of a mouse as an alternative, and opt to see Google street view if you choose.
There is a monthly fee “I wish it was free” but I get it. Realistically it’s the price of a cheap cell phone plan but well worth...
