Aldith G.: I do not like this freezer. I chose a floor one opening from the top. Instead I got a table freezer opening from the front. I am very disappointed.

Fred Isenor: We like it great so far. Our only concern is that it lasts. There is no warranty service locally and the warranty states freezer must be shipped to Toronto prepaid plus a fee for insurance so indirectly there is no warranty. Hope it keeps working.

Michele D.: It's great value and we have a really small apartment so we are glad they make freezers this size. Only issue is that it is very loud and it's intermittent so i feel like im always aware of it.

Bears Fan: This is a great little freezer. I have used it almost constantly since purchase and it works perfectly. It is not very noisy, easy to defrost and clean.
Update: I have owned it now for nearly two years and it is still working perfectly. It freezes ice cubes quickly and keeps everything I put in perfectly frozen. I only have defrosted it twice in that time and as soon as the defrosting is finished -- not long -- it purrs right back on, I keep it on our second floor along with a small fridge and microwave and together they save me many trips up and down the stairs.
I can't recommend this little freezer highly enough.

Dan StephensDan Stephens: I can not believe what I went through after buying this freezer! I purchased the FIRST for a doctors office. It arrived and we noticed a small place on the box that looked damaged. We opened it up and found the whole corner was crushed. We had already decided to ship it back, but I plugged it up anyways so we could let the company know if it worked or not. Well it didn't work. So we ship that one back and receive the SECOND one. Before we can even even open the box, you can already see the damaged refrigerator through the giant open gash in the box. I was livid. This should be a decent product because the brand is popular. I will never buy from igloo again. I'm very disappointed. We are getting our money back this time and shipping this one back too. I'll gladly pay more if it means that it will arrive not damaged and working properly.

J12: It's a "Frezzer" but the seller continued to tell me it was a refrigerator! Everyone that had bought one told me it was a Frezzer but I delayed buying because of what the seller told me. He did apologize and said sorry I only speak Spanish but would never tell me it was a freezer.
He apparently did not know. I spent a lot of time trying to make sure this was a Frezzer not a refrigerator.
It's a very good one and small.

colorado513: A great mini freezer with only a couple downsides. One is that it has no light so it's hard to see inside of it in a dark room. Another is that it is manual defrost. Neither of these issues is a big deal for me- just something to be noted. It makes a high pitched squealing and and buzzing noise when first plugged in but this stopped after about an hour. Since then it just makes the usually humming noises on and off. I sleep with it next to my bed and it is not loud enough to keep me awake. It is so lightweight that it was dragging across the floor every time I opened it so I put some heavy items on top of it to weigh it down. Don't expect the inside to be as big as it may look from the photo- it's big enough to fit 3 whole chickens at most. It would be nice for someone living in a college dorm for storing frozen burritos and things like that. It seems kinda cheaply made so I hope it lasts. I will update if I have any problems with it.

UPDATE 1.5 YEARS AFTER PURCHASE: This freezer is still running great. I keep it on the coldest setting and it still freezes things as well as when it was new. My only complaint is that I believe it has gotten louder and it makes a humming/sort...
