Dave: Well packaged, let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in the temp control does not have an off position. I set the temp on 4 it seems the right setting. The freezer has a thin plastic film that's a challenge to remove, otherwise no other problems.

AngieAngie: I like the size, only wished it came in white. I was able to unpack and place it in the designated spot with no assistance.
The interiors is quite spacious and will accommodate family size meat bundles.

Jan Peddicord: That is what was said regarding changing the door, but there were no instructions about how to do it. I can adapt, but the reverse would be more convenient. The door did need some adjusting in order to close securely. The bottom hinge needed adjusting to allow the door to close completely. So far, so good.

Lynn C.: This freezer stopped working a couple of months after purchase. The seller Sara Inc does not respond and neither Amazon or the manufacturer will honor the warranty. Do not buy!!!
