Because seal on package was opened and pop snaps were loose, I tested all individually with Amprobe Bat 250 and all tested good and same meter good reading. Date printed on batt. shell is Feb 2023, forever thats worth. Down rated onaccounta broken package seal. jrb de nr4jb

shaesdad: I try to use Rayovac batteries in my 6 smoke detectors if I can get them. I did use one of the other name brands but started to have some problems with them going dead before the year of smoke detector use was up. Since I started to use Rayovac....for the past 5 years, that has not happened. I don't have to worry about these going dead. As a matter of fact, they still have a lot of juice left in them at the end of the year, so I save them for my grandchildren to use in their controllers and such! Great Batteries At A Great Price!
