Scratch Red Instant Rapid-Rise Dry Yeast never fails to rise!! I have tried various yeast before, and this yeast is the best much to my Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker BB-HAC10. My bread looks and smells natural much better now! I will definitely continue to use it. Thank you, Scratch!

I have used this before and am very happy with it. Recommend this above any grocery store yeast.
I am gluten free and this works well with alternate flours. Just use a stabilizer, like xanthan gum, to give the structure for the product.

I could have stock for as many times I read the yeast worked in bread machines, but this one worked well. Not the rise I get on Fleshman, but worked just fine. I use bread machines and pound it out myself depending on my time constraints. So I have used a variety of yeasts and starches. 9 out 10.
