Tammo Robbe: Wer noch einen alten Monitor hat ohne HDMI und Displayport Anschluss, der kommt hier auf jeden Fall auf seine kosten. Meine Grafikkarte hatte keinen VGA Anschluss mehr dementsprechend konnte ich den Adapter sehr gut gebrauchen. Funktioniert nach 6 Jahren immer noch einwandfrei. Kann ich wirklich jeden für diesen Preis empfehlen

Ron Jan: Ich habe den Rankie DisplayPort (DP) auf VGA Adapter vor kurzem erworben und bin absolut begeistert von seiner Leistung und Qualität. Dieser Adapter hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und ich möchte gerne meine positiven Erfahrungen mit anderen teilen.

Erstens möchte ich die einfache Installation und Handhabung des Adapters loben. Es ist ein Kinderspiel, den Adapter mit meinem DisplayPort-Anschluss zu verbinden und dann das VGA-Kabel anzuschließen. Innerhalb von Sekunden war alles einsatzbereit, ohne dass ich irgendwelche zusätzlichen Treiber installieren musste. Das Plug-and-Play-Design hat mir viel Zeit und Mühe gespart.

Die Bildqualität, die dieser Adapter bietet, ist einfach hervorragend. Ich habe ihn an meinen HD-Monitor angeschlossen und konnte eine gestochen scharfe 1080p Full HD Auflösung genießen. Die Farben sind lebendig und die Details sind kristallklar. Egal ob ich Filme schaue, Spiele spiele oder meine Arbeit erledige, das visuelle Erlebnis ist absolut beeindruckend.

Darüber hinaus ist die Konstruktion des Adapters sehr robust und langlebig. Das kompakte Design macht ihn leicht zu transportieren, wenn ich unterwegs bin und meinen Laptop...

Jake R: Initially got a bad unit (received open box), replacement came without issue and was new-in-box and worked fine. I get reliable video output from the device, monitor EDID is passed to the GPU. Everything works as expected at a very reasonable price.

John Smith: It is an inexpensive solution to convert the DP signal from my Radeon RX580 video card to VGA for my old analog legacy monitor from Dell. However, it does not produce a perfect image. There exists video noise in the form of horizontal lines all up and down the screen. It is like watching a waterfall as the lines scroll down the screen. That said, they are small enough it is not too noticeable or distracting for regular PC use, but my eyesight is so good I can make it out and be temporarily distracted from time to time. If you have even slightly sub par eyesight, you probably won't notice it much, if at all, but if you are like me and have near perfect sight, you may be a tad annoyed by the noise. Otherwise, it works just as expected. Plugs and plays easily enough and certainly doesn't break the bank for a low cost conversion solution to give new life to that older monitor. If you want a noise free experience, though, maybe look for an "active", vs. this "passive", converter instead.

Amazon Customer: For a few years, I have been using a 32" HDTV as my monitor for both gaming and doing some general working from home. My previous graphics adapters have all had VGA ports or at least DVI-I ports where you could use a DVI-VGA adapter. I just purchased a new video card and I noticed it and all new cards don't seem to have the DVI-I ports any more. I would use HDMI, but my TV does not support sleep mode as a monitor through the HDMI. I bought this cheap adapter to use instead and it is currently working, though not perfectly. I have it working as I want but had to jump through some hoops. Windows detected the native resolution of the TV as being 1280x1024, where it is in fact a full HD TV. Luckily I was able to go into the Nvidia adapter settings and create a custom resolution for full 1920x1080. For those in a similar bind, I set timing to DMT. It is working now, and seems to be a decent adapter for such a cheap price. My only issue now is when I go into game settings, it will only let me choose a maximum of 1280x1024. If I leave my setting alone, they will play at the correct resolution. Will be dificult with setting up new games .
