Looks great. The color choices could be a little more realistic, but for the price it beat replacing a 25 year old gas fireplace for several thousand dollars. And we have solar panels that produce more electricity then we currently use!

Replaced my ventless gas fireplace that hasen't worked right since we had house built 20 years ago. Anyway, my wife and I are very pleased with this electric fireplace. Installation was a piece of cake after preparing the opening to appropriate size, bought width needed but had to adjust for height. This fireplace not only looks great, it is very quiet, and the heater warms our large two story great room very well.

This met our expectations for the price! They werent super high but nonetheless met them and slightly exceeded in some areas. I built a fireplace/mantle in our master bedroom and was looking for an affordable electric fireplace strictly for the aesthetic. We didn’t want one of the more common long rectangular styles but a more traditional “square” one. We went with the 34” which fit great. The dimensions on the surround and mantle are 60” W x 53” T x 10” D for reference. 1x12 and 1x8 used for the mantle. We have it just sitting on the ground inside of the surround, does not need any additional stand or bracing, just a flat surface is sufficient.
The fake brick on the inside was missing which was a bonus for me because I planned to remove it anyway. Based on reviews and pictures this doesn’t appear to be consistent and just like of the draw. Just a nice black flat surface in ours which is definitely preferred in my opinion. The logs are not very dimensional and look kind of “flat”, but I expected that for the price and slim profile of the fireplace. Works really well. Looks good and was easy to install. The only criticism I could give (hopefully the company sees and improves on this is that the imitation brick on the inside walls looks cheap. It doesn’t match the quality of the rest of the product.
