Delicious, delicious. My brothers and I fry bacon, sweet Vidalia onions sweet peppers, green, yellow, orange: butter salt and pepper and cannot get enough.
We cook the grits add these ingredients. Very good fiber, taste is terrific and when I make buttermilk biscuits, fried eggs we are in heaven. Thank you

Used live down south and grits was a main stay in morning breakfast. It not only for breakfast, it great any time of the day. They are very tasty with butter in them.
