Python 25-Foot Airline Tubing for Aquariums

mikemike: Would be nice if seller updated pics and specs for better description. Smaller then I expected especially compared to cheap stuff I got with air pump. Seems good quality though and it's that hard plastic tube instead of that more silicone stretchy type tubing. I will update after use and such.

Gary F. England: Python airline tubing is not as reasonably priced as it used to be. But it certainly does deserve a place among the best. This is a durable tubing that's not gaudy but rather clear with a translucent blue tint. It's not real bad about turning that pinkish white color. Python tubing also doesn't harden as quickly as some brands do. This is a smaller tubing than some brands but can be stretched over most average sized filter tubes and airstones. I could not recommend it for any tubes or connectors that are any above average size as it is a tight fit. With this tubing the spotlight can go on other things rather than a piece of discolored tubing or tubing that's a loud color. It does the job and delivers the air.

No: Man I can't sing enough praises of Python hosing -- their No-Spill Clean and Fill system is a literal life-saver that I'm sure has made them plenty of fans(/money) and they didn't HAVE to go the extra mile to also use/produce the best tubing out there but guess what? They do it anyway.

I will literally never buy any other brand.

Sunny: I'm not using this for a fish tank, what I am using it for is drying out my hiking backpack hydration bladder. I'm hooking the hose up to a cheap TetraFin air pump and the other end in my hiking backpack hydration bladder to circulate air and dry it out. It works great for that and I didn't notice any strong odors (it does have a little bit). The hose is very flexible.

LLynn: This tubing is very thin and had to really work to get bubblers attached without crimping the tube. If on a budget or just to have extra tubing on hand go for it as the tube works and does the job. Be sure to rinse of well in warm water before using.

analog56x: feels a lot like the airline they use at the hospital... almost feels sticky? i had a heck of a time getting it out of the bag without cutting the bag to pieces. seems to fit all my stuff though, and it was relatively well priced, so we'll see how long it lasts for. i use the standard blue airline, and it seems to go hard after about 3 weeks of being stretched and underwater... we'll see how this stuff fares. about it being sticky though, it wont pop off your airstones or equipment! i had to get my thumbnail behind it and pull it off haha!

JJay: Python tubing is top notch, quality stuff. Good flexibility and durable. at .28 cents per ft a bit pricey, but not too bad because the quality is that good! Fast shipping. Made in USA was the clincher. BUY IT! and know you won't be disappointed.

Update 1.19.17 = i fell obliged to upgrade my review from 4 to 5 stars, and also want to say the following....i (shyly) must admit that....i actually made a mistake and bought the wrong size that i shouldve bought, for the purpose for which it was intended to be used for, but it was such great quality and at a reasonable price, i decided to keep it anyway, and hang it from a pegboard as an asset, should i need it. i am quite sure i will find a use for it, sooner or later, and for the price, it was worth having in my supply. Sooo, now to buy their 5/16 tubing, like i meant to buy, lol....
