Brian Farrer: Great product and has worked well past three years. Was easy to install and came with everything needed. One of the filter housings became cracked after 3 years of use. Contacted PureDrop to order a replacement part since it was past warranty period. Received quick response from Laurence in customer support. Laurence sent me a replacement filter housing for free. They didn't have to do that and could have easily charged me but Laurence was great! Would definately purchase again.

S. R. Maly: We bought this during the latest prime day sale and we are happy with it. The installation went fine, though I did end up watching a couple videos along with using the manual to be sure I had things right. There were no leaks on startup despite there being at least 20 connections that could have a water leak. Most of those already come connected by the factory and you don't have to do them but they are still a possible leak source. I read a comment by a plumber that recommended putting something under the tank as the materials making up its valve are more likely to leak than others. This particular tank is smaller than most under sink systems so is better if it's tight under there. If you have a larger household you may want a bigger tank but I honestly think it's sufficient for most families and it is always refilling when water is depleted.

My countertop had a hole already that was occupied by a soap dispenser, so I repurposed it for the included filtered water faucet and we fill a nice-looking dish soap dispenser that sits next to the sink now instead. Swizylstik: I purchased this filtration system to replace a more expensive system from a different company that was leaking. The iSpring has double o-rings on the filters - no more leaks! This unit was far less money AND it even ships with extra o-rings and three replacement filters. The water pressure from the (included) faucet is also much better than my old unit.

Don't be intimidated by the installation. The directions were easy to follow - you just screw the filters in, plug in the water tubes (they are color-coded) and you're done.

The house water filters through five different filters and then is stored in a tank under your kitchen cabinet so you have as much water as you need whenever you need it. No more waiting for my countertop pitcher water filter to finish filtering.

Customer support is also amazing. I didn't have any issues with my unit, but the company actually reached out to me to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I had any questions. Very happy with this purchase!

Jennybee: Overall I am really happy with this RO system. I had initially purchased one from a different company, where the drain wouldn't shut off. That company had zero customer support and I wasted several hours installing it, trying to troubleshoot it myself, complaining to amazon help, and then uninstalling it and returning.

This one, the installation was easy. I followed instructions to flush the filters and the tank. Water tastes great. Good value for money and my low income self.

I have the waste water draining into buckets and I use the water to do my laundry and to water my non-fruit tree. The only reason for 4 stars is that I am really amazed at how much waste water there would be if I wasn't using it. I get about 4 gallons of waste for every gallon of filtered water. My water was EXTREMELY hard- I had tried another filter that gets all chemicals out, and the minerals were actually making me sick, so it's worth it. I wish there was more awareness about the waste of RO systems and how to be more conscious about using this water. Or it seems like there should be a way to run the water through the filters twice. I just feel there is room for innovation in the water...

Rick Bewski: We were upgrading a 10 year old system. Good Value and fairly easy to install. Start to finish was 1.5 hours not rushing. Be advised that if you want to hook up to an icemaker for your fridge/freezer an additional kit will be required. Registered the warranty online with Nick, very easily.

AmazonShopperAmazonShopper: So Let me start off by saying I have been drinking RO water all my life growing up... So when I moved to this country I spent the first few years using Brita's and ZeroWater's pitcher filters but they were not up to the mark for me (I have sensitivity to something in Tap Water that these pitcher filters just would not help with).
So I finally decided to give into an RO. This RO was easy to install !! No Leaks (and this was my first time ever doing plumbing related DIY, Although you have to follow instructions to the T).
I didn't install the faucet that came bundled because I didn't want to drill a hole in the kitchen sink so I bought a new 3-way faucet for my kitchen which comes with a RO connection in-built.
The RO works good. The taste seemed to get better over time... I did purchase and install the extra Alkaline Mineral Cartridge to this RO (The one in the Orange/Red in the picture) to make the water less acidic which RO's tend to do by stripping out the minerals.
All in all a satisfactory purchase and the Support(My conversation over Email with NICK) was pretty quick to answer any questions/rectify any issues if you find them.
