Lucille T: I ordered the 5# Weighted Warmth Neck & Shoulder heating pad on 9/20 and received it quickly, utilized it for 2 hours immediately on a very stiff, aching neck & shoulders ….. and it was WONDERFUL! I had previously tried other heating pads for these areas that were not weighted, and there is a huge difference with using this 5# pad IMO as to effectiveness in the level of relief it delivers. The cover is wonderfully soft too. Very pleased with my purchase.

Amazon Customer MKI: I thought weighted option would be nice but it was a bit heavy for me to find it useful and am actually not sure what’s the purpose of the added weight. I also would’ve like it to be longer to cover more of my back and I felt that the heating in the front area wasn’t necessary for me.

J. D.: In general I like this heating pad. It is very soft and comfortable. It gets plenty warm although it could be a little wider at the top so it completely covers my shoulders. My wife has no issue with this since she is petite. The only real complaint I have with it is the placement of the power cord. It comes out of the top of the heating pad on the right side which is a bit cumbersome. The cord gets in the way and rubs on my shoulder. The cord should be attached toward the bottom of the heating pad. Other than that I really like it and would recommend this to anyone needing minor neck and shoulder relief.
