DH: Product works as expected. I had a problem with mine after 2 years, reached out to Pure and the customer service was second to none. In a time where customer service often falls short, it's nice to see some companies still value their customers.

CatCat: This is an updated review. I purchased the product 5 years ago and enjoyed its good quality and efficiency very much. This photo is its current image after use for 5 years.
There are four heat settings with auto shutoff and it warms up very quickly no matter what setting you choose. Although the model is designed for shoulders, I prefer to place it around my back with medium heat for 15-20 minutes. It soothes away aches well. In winter, I sometimes use it to warm my feet and help me fall asleep soon. It seems to maintain a steady temperature the entire time, which is pretty comfortable. I also noticed that Pure Relief's XL King Size heating pad was tested and picked by the New York Times's Wirecutter as the best heating pad in December 2022.
My current one unfortunately no longer works now, so I will get a replacement from the same brand.

Court: I own and enjoy using other pure products so I decided to try this shoulder heating pad as well. I use it for neck tension related to stress. It heats up quickly. It’s comfortable for me I’m 5’2 with medium shoulders so there is extra room if your are bigger than me, but it won’t move around and become overwhelming if you are my size. I’m giving 4 stars, because while I like to front magnetic clasp to keep it in place I do think it could be stronger/easier to find. Once it is in place I do find it’s quite stable.

Margaret Wilson: I struggle with tensions headaches quite badly. I’ve gone to my GP a few times for them. Nothing is physically wrong with me, my blood work is fine, I just clench my jaw or lie slightly the wrong way in bed and then have a tension headache that lasts hours. My neck muscles are tense and it radiates to my head, which is very uncomfortable.

It can be debilitating as the pain is very distracting and makes me unmotivated to do much of anything. My old “solution” was to lie on my back in bed for about an hour. Even then, the pain did not go away, was just bearable enough to keep doing work.

This little ditty is amazing. I put it on and can read while it does its thing. It covers enough of my neck muscles to be effective (I’m a 5’6” woman), which I struggled to find a product for.

No, it is not a full solution (the problem is partly me… debating getting a jaw spacer, but I can think coherently and not feel like I’m going to throw up insofar that I can read while it helps out some.

I’d recommend it, personally.

VandarnVandarn: I STARTED USING PURERELIEF HEATING PADS YEARS AGO AND I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER BRAND AGAIN.

I am a chronic pain sufferer. I have dealt with intense pain for many years and have bought, probably, more than a dozen heating pads over the years (dozens if you count the ones my parents bought me until I started working). I see a pain management specialist, monthly, who has been able to offer relief in the form of medication and epidural pain procedures. That's all great and effective. But none of it is 100% relief. I still have to be very careful with my activities to prevent further pain, and I often am not.

The physical limitations of chronic pain sufferers can be frustrating and you just want to be able to do the things you used to do. But that often results in a good deal of pain that surpasses the ability of medication, alone. There is always some pain that only a good heating pad can relieve.

After years of purchasing cheap, plastic heating pads that crack and fall apart (you know the ones with the cheap fabric sleeve that snaps shut to keep the plastic in place), I decided to try the Pure Enrichment brand products. I was very impressed with the softness, the...

Cliente de Amazon: La temperatura máxima no es muy caliente, pero es bastante cómoda de usar. Tiene un buen tamaño y el material es muy suave. Tiene un contrapeso dentro para que se amolde bien al cuello.
