Reviewzer: These band are great. I've been having issues with my shoulder due to sitting at a desk all day and using these bands has help keep things from hurting and even has been helping me rebuild muscle I used to have. The bands do have a powder to help protect the bands from the oils in your skin but it also smells kinda powdery/rubbery on your hands afterward. My supervisor uses these bands too (how I found out about them) but he noticed they do lose a small amount of resistance after excessive use but they are still resistant. Overall a great product and is definitely worth the money. Just pay attention to the poundage to make sure it fits your needs.

David P: They work as expected, with strongest band you can maybe 2x your pull ups, and with the smallest two do some exercises such as band pull aparts for rear delts.

Patrick Anthony Encarnacion: This product is durable, it's held up to my continuous use for around a week and change now. I'd have to say that it's just as elastic,stable and has great handles. As in, it's expertly crafted. I've used it for strength building exercises and mobility. It's an excellent product overall, affordable,and an investment in your health journey.

The RESISTANCE variety is ON POINT. The extra light band is perfect for ABDOMINAL EXERCISES. A lot of packs don’t have that one.
