Brittany: We have the sun beaming in the evening into our kitchen. Even with curtains it would get so hot. Plus we never got to enjoy out patio. This blocks the sun and makes our kitchen cooler and gave us back our patio! Love it!

Laurie CrippenLaurie Crippen: My husband and I built a new pergola and we wanted curtains on just the east and west side so if we were sitting my the fire in the a.m. or p.m. we weren't dealing with the sun in our eyes. We had saved the rails from our old 10x12 gazebo and used these to hang them (10ft sides). Our pergola legs are made from 6x6 and the ties weren't long enough to go around(these are meant for 4x4), so I made some better (prettier) tie backs out of waterproof fabric(also purchased from Amazon), placed eye hooks on the posts to tie the ties too and they work great! They fit perfect and are holding up great considering the winds we get from Lake Ontario.

MelMel: Make note as stated in the item description this is only for one side. With that being said it doesn’t seem to be the most durable but there is nothing else within the price range. I’v we have had it up for a a few weeks and all is well. Even if it lasts one season it will be worth the cost. The tie backs seem to be fragile so we are paying extra attention to be genial with these.

Angela Day: I am unsure whether I was sent the wrong size but this is very wide. We have a 10 x 12 but I was trying to cover one of the 10 foot sides so I ordered a 10 x10 and the one I received fits on my 12 foot side? It’s just very wide there was not much packaging outside of a bag that it was in, so I can’t tell if they sent me the wrong size by accident from the packaging. In order to make it somewhat taut I need to pinch about a foot and a half of material on each side? Anyone else find it wide? Otherwise, I am fine with the quality. Using the assumption I was sent the wrong size, I gave it four stars because in the middle it should have two strings, one to tie up curtains and one to tie to the post but it only has one tie. It does however, have four other ties for the post so it is very workable. The curtain is also a bit short.
