Jacque: Great size, no humming noise. Plugged it in and 15 min of woo hoo. Then it stopped working. Tried several plugs just to be sure. Plugged in second one same thing except it lasted 30 min. Not sure why but when it worked it was great.

RCross: Not very well made. I spent 2 hours putting the parts back together and bending it back into shape, since it arrived in poor condition. It does work though, so 4 stars.

Clarke O.Clarke O.: Every Fall we bring plants into the house. And the tiny bugs come with them. Insecticides don't seem to work so we thought we would give this a try. When a bug hits the grid, there is an audible SNAP! Long story short, it actually works as described. The bugs drop down on to the tray at the base which is easily removed for cleanup. Well made, prompt delivery and a great price. Highly recommend. Every time we hear that SNAP, we let out a cheer and yell "gotcha, you little bugger!"

Jess: It’s great, but…

Don’t get me wrong, it kills bugs.

It’s definitely much bigger than I expected. For some reason I thought it’d be something I could stick on a book shelf but it’s bigger than that.

When it’s turned on and running, you can’t really hear it. EXCEPT! When it kills a bug and there’s a massive spark, that zap is so freaking loud.

Very bright. It’ll fill the room with blue light.

It does the job but there’s slight room for improvements.
