Plumber-Drummer Bill: Got these to fix a couple of frost-free hose bibbs for my neighbor. (I am a plumbing professional). It's nice to see that a manufacturer still has replacement parts available for 30 to 50 year old hose bibbs, that make them work like new again. Also Prier/Mansfield is a USA company. It's almost impossible to get OEM quality parts to fix foreign-made plumbing items like these, if they are over a few years old.

Emily Goodberg: If you have a 400 series with a 100% plastic handle, turn off the water supply and check to see if the handle itself is busted before you buy this. I bought this kit and when I opened up the faucet to replace the interior hose/pipe accessories, I saw that the 100% plastic handle was broken inside, which is what caused the leaking. THEREFORE, there is a chance if you want this because of leaking - check the handle first and then determine if you need this kit or the handle. Since I already bought this I replaced the parts and ordered a new handle (100% plastic is the only replacement option - not happy about that!). This product was easy to install.
