Patrick K: This is a great shower head. Looks great, feels like great quality, and easy to install and use. If you want better flow, remove the colored plastic bit inside the shower head. It's easy to pull out with some needle nose pliers.

I. Kim: Keep in mind you may need a valve extension depending on your current setup. They should provide a hex screw that is standard as our plumber could not find one that fit the screw for what was provided in the box. We will have to be gentle turning the handle when showering. Other than that, it's a nice fixture and we are pleased with the black matte finish.

JuliaJulia: I’ve ordered 4 now. Only 1 of them hasn’t been scratched up. Returning my 4th one now. Hopefully 5th time is a charm. The one that isn’t scratched (2nd order) is great! Trying to hint down another good quality one for my other bathroom is difficult.

Roger: I have a couple of properties that have Moen tub and shower valves with the round trim plate. This time I decided to go with a square design.The look is handsome and a nice change in my opinion. The finish on the chrome was perfect with a very deep gloss look. The lever handle looked a little large in the photo but once installed was not an issue. I installed this on a Moen 2520 posi-temp rough in. It is part of the m-pact system so it will fit several valves. Double check when ordering that it will work on yours. Just because you have a Moen rough in valve doesn’t mean it will fit. The handle was solid. Overall providing that your rough in valve has been installed correctly it’s an easy install. I felt it was priced fairly given the quality and including the shower arm, escutcheon and shower head. I have always used Moen products. No one is perfect but they have always looked after me when there is a problem.
