Mike K.: I started using these because my Mom told me they work great for her pain relief at work. She sits at a desk all day and she said these help alleviate the pain a bit. I started using them because I also have lower back pain. But what I found even more interesting is how calm I seem to be now since using these. gamecock: I was a bit skeptical as to how these would work and if they would bother me, but I barely felt them nor did they disrupt my sleep, and taking them off in the morning was easy. Plus it was kinda of gross and interesting to see all the gunk / toxins it pulled out! The smell was pleasant-it kind of reminded me of a sauna although once I laid down I couldn’t smell it anymore. I was happy to read that the ingredients were all natural as well. I’ll probably space out my use over every few days instead of everyday but I highly recommend for cleansing and purifying.
