Kristi C: I added these inserts to a pair of heals I was wearing for a night out in Vegas. They stuck well to the shoe. I was even able to remove them and reposition them when I realized I had placed them too close to my toes. They provided good support for the ball of my foot that will get sore in heals and, for me, makes walking long distances intolerable. We did take an Uber and a tram so we weren’t walking all over the strip, but everywhere is still a long walk there so I was very happy with my purchase. I haven’t tried to remove the inserts again since i wore the shoes, but since this is a multi pack I just plan to leave them in those shoes.

Avid Listener: I use these for cycling shoes, hiking boots, etc. They are just thick enough to provide a nice addition to the cushion but not so thick that you can't leave in an orthotic. They are sticky and won't move around but if you do need to pull them out to clean off dirt from the inside of your shoe or something, you can just wash them and they are sticky again, magically.
Women usually have comfort figured out. I'm onto them
