Update.
The seller reached out to me. They were very helpful with my issue. The batteries I had were replaced and the new ones work great. I'm changing my rating now because of the customer service. They went above and beyond to solve my issue. I will update my review again once I've field tested the batteries for a few months.
I was very impressed with these for the 15 months of use. It was an awesome alt to buying Porter Cable brand with half the cost. They ran my PC Circular Saw great. Then just like that both went bad and wont charge within a week of each other. I purchased these on May 18, 2018. I did use them very frequently. I never ran them down to nothing and always removed them from the charger as soon as they were charged. Once again these were great while they lasted, but I was very disappointed with the life of the batteries.
