Concerned Buyer: I only used these batteries a couple time since purchase.
Both worked great. Then one didn't. One of the 2 batteries will only charge to one green bar. Tool will work for about 5 seconds and quits. Unfortunately they are now outside the return window and I am stuck with one working battery a one junk battery. Help?
Update....the company contacted me and more than made this problem right. Great customer service. Everyone gets a lemon now and then. The important thing is how its delt with. Hats off!! & thank you

Steven Whaley: I purchased these batteries about 2 months back. I charged the first battery the day they arrived. I have used that battery about 6 times now for an estimated 20 minutes of total run time in my drill without recharging. It is still working fine and shows a full charge. I haven't used with my trim or recip saws which are more power hungry. So far so good.
