Deandra: I was a bit skeptical of this product. I have had it on my office phone for a little while now and it has not tangled at all. I don’t know how this little piece works, but it definitely works. I did notice that when I had it on the handheld piece, it created some static. Since I’ve placed it on the actual phone stand, no more static
