Gina bartley: Don’t waste your money. Got it as a gift I had bad feet. It did not work put it on put my foot in the shoe walked 5 feet and it broke plus it likes to roll up under your sock which is annoying.

Green A.: When these are new there is a slight pressure to the toes so it may hurt, but with use they "relax" so I'd recommend wearing them at home for an hour or so at a time to break them in.
I've been using for a few days now & my toes are getting used to them.
Really like them.
Best way to put them on is to pull them open wide then slip toes in, tricky at first, but like everything practice makes it way easier !
They won't fit into most footwear.
Wash them in warm water very little soap, dry thoroughly & I put a sprinkle of powder / corn starch to help the gel stay nice.
These are by far the best toe separators I've tried.
Highly recommend.

Amazon User 3605843: The first pair didn't last long - they ripped within just a few uses which was disappointing but they were comfortable. You get what you pay for and these are dirt cheap compared to others which is why I'll give them 4 stars.

Cristina: These are pretty good and take pressure off the balls of your feet . I wear work boots all day and use them but find the extra in my boot makes my boot feel tighter and then of course toes start to go numb 🙄 but for short periods of time they are great. They get tacky as they are silicone I just put them in a zip lock bag with baby powder give them a shake and tackiness is gone go on great. I would purchase these again

vicky: The gel cushion helped my pain under my foot no complaints there. However the toe spacing killed my toes! They’re so sore from just using it one day. So if you’re toes and small and close together. I do not recommend this.

Rachel S.: Edited on April 26, 2021: The pain relief on the ball of my foot is pretty significant. I got a new puppy and have been walking even more and I’m convinced I wouldn’t be able to do it if I didn’t have these. At least not without pain. I’ve done 10k+ steps every day for a week, I walked for two hours yesterday, and while I still have some pain it is not even close to stopping me like I know it would be otherwise. Any big day of walking would give me a lot of grief, but now I am doing a big day every day and it’s no big deal.

I bought these specifically for toe separation, and I don't think it works as well for that as I'd like. The metatarsal pad was an afterthought, but I thought it would be nice and I was pleasantly surprised that it does really seem to offer pretty good cushion. Especially considering that it seemed pretty minimal on first glance. I have fatty pad atrophy, so there isn't much left to protect my foot, so it was a bonus even though the toe separator function isn't as pronounced as I'd prefer.

They do fit inside my sneakers, which is an added bonus. I gave a 4 for comfort, as the material leaves a bit to be desired but maybe some foot powder...
