Great yeast and makes a good loaf of bread but lacks that intense sourdough taste. Will continue to use since simple to use without making and keeping a sourdough starter.

These are more yeast than bacteria and actually close to instant yeast.. Makes great bread, but not the "real" sourdough taste. Taste does develop after a day or two, if it lasts that long. Even then not true sourdough taste and more yeast than bacteria which is another reason people buy to reduce yeast load.
