Jack Morales: I bought the insoles for my mom. They fit perfectly in my mom's shoes & they provide great support. Her ankles and knees do not hurt with these inserts.

Benjamin: I am not a fan of reviews but let me tell you about these insoles - they are just simply amazing.
I’m 27 and have been having non-stop issues with my shoes since I was an around 10. I’ve run cross country, long distance track, soccer and have always been “okay” with the shoes I have on. From Brooke’s to Nike, all were just okay.
These insoles have changed it for me. I’ve gone through countless ones because of the flat feet issue I have and over pronation. These really feel like they cuff the heal to keep you from slighting either side and the arch support feels like it is hugging your foot. I’ve felt other ones that just feel so stiff that my feet would get exhausted after a few miles.
These are so cushioned that I feel like I can all day in them with no issues. Nothing feels stiff to the point that it’s uncomfortable. They actually feel like they are SUPPORTING your foot.

Christine Gibbons: They were easy to put in my shoes and still allowed room inside my shoes. I'll have to wear them for at least a week or so to find out exactly how much they have helped.

Pogom: Wanted to buy some expensive insoles for my safety shoes. I work at a sortation facility where its nonstop standing and moving. For the first two weeks, the support was decent. It felt like it had good structure and shock absorption. Week three however, my heels started feeling extreme fatigue and pain. Thought to myself that it could just be the repetitive motions of work. Swapped back to stock safety shoe insoles and the pain went away. This product is not meant for everyone unfortunately.
Update: Customer service reached out to me addressing my concerns. Upgrading my review for them going above and beyond.

chocolatechocolate: So after suffering for months with plantar fasciitis that has not responded to stretches, ice, or heel cups, I started searching for inserts. None of the inserts in local shoe or sporting goods stores came up high enough to touch my arch, so I ordered 3 of the top rated plantar fasciitis inserts of Amazon: Spenco, Tread Labs, and Easyfeet.
These Easyfeet insert seem very well made. I suspect they would work well for many people. They just did not fit my feet.
For reference I have a high arch, narrow heel, and fat toes. I have been wearing size 7 Sketchers (probably why I have the plantar fasciitis in the first place, the arch support in Sketchers is a joke…).
Spenco Total Support Max:
“Padding” under the front of the foot is hard.
“Padding” in the heel is hard.
Arch support is hard plastic, no give. I would call it a medium high support, about as high as the off-the-shelf inserts at the local sporting goods store (does NOT come up high enough to touch my arch).
Did not fit into my shoes without trimming.
Did not feel like they provided any arch support while in the shoe.
Also did not feel like they provided any padding, felt hard. I...

DEP: Comfortable but the rubber bottom of the insert rubs against the inside of the shoe and makes a squeaky noise that sounds like you’re walking around with water inside your shoes. People comment on it.
