For $22 on prime day, I thought it would be great for my airgun, well I was wrong. The red dot looks like a sideways Y, almost like there are three dots that don't project to the same spot in the reticle. I'm not even going to try and sight it in since the sight picture is horrible.

SeanJ: This scope is the cheapest red dot i have ever seen. It kinda works well and they give you a battry which is nice，but the sight is…well， not that good. But it is easy to put on a gun and works well with both airsoft and real firearms

awesomeness: Had this scope on my Crossman short barreled rifled. Accuracy was ok close range at like 20 yard but once you get further it’s almost impossible to dial it in.

e-Legal Canadian: I already owned one of these dots, so I ordered this one for my father. Despite mine being great, this one wasn't as good so it took a LOT more time to get it properly zeroed and it ate batteries like crazy (something mine doesn't do...??) I think that they might have a quality control issue in their manufacturing.

BuyerOfThings: I'm using this for an airsoft gun. I'm not sure how well it would hold up on a thing that actually goes bang, for a gun that goes pew, it works just fine. Sighted it in roughly and quickly and it turns out to be pretty dang accurate. The metal feels cheap, the glass feels cheap. For $30 I don't think you can go wrong. Red dots are way easier than iron sights or peep sights but it may be frustrating if you're using it on a gun with a lot of recoil. The riser is a nice bonus, haven't tried it yet but I intend to. Pretty amazing for what it is. Comes with a separated bulk-pack 2032 cell - it's nice that it uses this VERY available battery and not some goofyball battery. Pretty sure it's the exact same thing as the one with the other name on it that's $10-15 more. Since the eye hole is only 22mm it's easy to "lose" the sight if you're not yet used to it. I use a Vortex StrikeFire on my other unit (a gun that goes bang, not pew) and although it's more than twice the size and about 7 times the price, I can appreciate the difference. We'll see how well the glass holds up and whether it'll hold 0 while being transported, used, and whatnot.
