DB: I read about this and giving it a try instead of regular flour as it has only 50 calories per 2 Tbsp and only 1.5 gram of total fat. Very low in carbs also with only 8 grams and has 5 grams of fiber and only 2 grams of sugar. Also has 2 grams of protein. Reasonable price from Amazon on "subscribe and save"... much cheaper than the local grocery store. OH and it's gluten free!

KGAwesome: I am a Keto fanatic and Almond and Coconut flours are a huge part of my life. Usually, when going on diets--you have to get the unknown organic brands. Pillsbury Organic Coconut has changed all that for me. Finally, a name brand that is heading in the right direction! Smart! Here is my review of the product: This is probably one of the best tasting coconut flours I have had. It is very well made, packaged and great tasting! I will be buying Pillsbury from now on! Especially if the current Amazon prices hold which is about $3 to $7 a pound depending on how you purchase it.

The only thing to beware of is it doesn't close well. Some genius came up with a velcro strip for this package instead of a regular zip lock. All the flour gets into the velcro, so the velcro doesn't work as intended and the package does not close. You'll need a binder clip or something.
