Claire: I was dismayed when I couldn't find this in my local Trader Joes'! I've been using this almond meal for years and years because I need calcium and almonds have calcium. I use almond milk and take a supplement. But prefer to get nutrition from food whenever possible. (I'm lactose intolerant so can't tolerate dairy for calcium.) So happy to have found it here!! Oh...the reason this is my favorite is because it is slightly coarse, not floury like the other brands. I use it in cooked cereal mainly so I like the texture.
(Edit: Just noticed the price has more than doubled what I paid in February! I would NOT recommend this product unless they reduce the price significantly. )

Sue P: I was jonesing for breaded chicken tenders but wanted to avoid the breadcrumbs. Happened to see this at TJ's and gave it a try, along with almond oil instead of olive oil. My husband inhaled his dinner and this has become a staple in our pantry. Not sure how it would work in an air fryer, but I have it 2 thumbs up in a frying pan.
