I wanted to incorporate more raw garlic in my diet but can be harsh....I heard of pickled garlic and I love pickles and pickle juice so I tried it. Not disappointed at all, these are super delicious, a little pricey for the
size jar, but definitely good flavor and texture.

This is in a very weird jelly/thick like substance. I'm not sure what it is but the texture alone is extremely off putting and the taste is weird and sour. Doesnt even taste like garlic. Also very mushy. Would not recommend.

I've tried many brands of pickled garlic and this has been my favorite. The spices and liquid are almost a gel, and give the garlic the most satisfying taste. But, the price has gone up almost 30% in just a few months and is, at the time of this writing, approaching $10.00 for a 7 oz. bottle. This makes them just about the most expensive, per ounce, on Amazon. Too rich for my wallet.

This pickled garlic is amazing. I was a bit nervous at first, as the sauce looked semi-thick. I was pleasantly surprised after taking my first bite, it was tender but not slimy. It wasn't over-powering of garlic in smell or taste. I wouldnt say its sweet but It tastes Italian. Delish!!!
I definitely recommend this if you like to snack on garlic. I imagine you could add this to salads or pizzas and be very leased. To those who would want to boost your immunity or as a tasty snack, it is great!
