Brian J Rucker: Freshly pickled. And by Freshly pickled I mean, raw garlic in vinegar. I'll leave them in the fridge for 6 months and see if they have softened any.

Richard D.: I only ate a few of the sweet garlic cloves. I had no expectations of flavor, degree of sweetness, or texture of the cloves...but I'm glad my boyfriend ordered these for me! I'm ready to re-order and find some recipes to blend these into for a new flavor profile. They were probably not that sweet, but when I took the first nibble after only tasting raw garlic or garlic cooked into a dish, they definitely made my taste buds notice a difference. Pleasantly sweet, but not overboard as if they'd been candied.
