Amazon Customer: Formerly found this product at a big box store and then discontinued. Very glad to find on Amazon. I use this convenient product when cooking veggies and sauces on the stove. They give me the garlic flavor without any of the hassle of peeling and pressing fresh garlic.. and they stay fresh in the jar a long time

woodsdweller: These seasoning products are very good, but the bottles they come in are often hard to open. The plastic piece that must be used to open the flip top lid often breaks off, making it almost impossible to remove the remaining piece and flip open the top. I was able to use pliers, but this destroyed the security of the snap top, so I had to place the seasoning in another airtight jar.

Amazon Customer: They had this at COSTCO. When I went back to get more it wasn't there. Sometimes COSTCO is like Betrayed 'r Joes. You find something you love and you feel betrayed when they don't have it anymore. I had to hunt it down—wasn't even on COSTCO's website for online ordering. It's better than fresh garlic because the taste is there, you don't have to fight the papery covering, and you don't have to chop it up. Best garlic around.
