Anna: I got this cause Beano wasn't doing it for me and this seemed to be more highly recommended than GasX, so I figured I'd give it a try. I started using probiotics a while back and it got to the point where I'd come back to work after my lunch break and my stomach was AUDIBLY churning and cramping from how painfully gassy I'd get. It was pretty embarrassing and uncomfortable (which is a bit of an understatement), so I was hoping this would help with the bubble gut and it DID. Ever since I started taking one of these along with the rest of my post-lunch vitamin routine, the bubble gut has ceased to be. It makes the second half of my work day so much more bearable.
