Hoghead: Thank goodness this helps my wife to keep from having those girl farts we husbands know all about. They may try to be cool about it and sneak one out, but they are worse than catfish stinking bad cheese bait! I recommend you sneak these into your wife's coffee or maybe you can persuade her to take them daily, as they really do work wonders.

Allison Gross: This has become a life saver. I have IBS and deal with various gas related issues. Here is where I want to clarify based on some other reviews I have read. Phazyme does not get rid of gas, it releases it. Alot of my discomfort comes from gas trapped in my intestinal tracks, this moves all those little gas bubbles along until they evacuate the body naturally. Typically this helps me flush all the trapped gas out of my system then helps reduce my gassiness after wards. This will not make your gas smell less, this will not necessarily give you less gas. It will help relieve distress related to gas. In that aspect, it works great and it works fairly quickly (with in an hour or so).

Janiene: My Gastro Doctor recommended this product for whenever intestinal distress flared up with gas involved. After we tried the free sample, we knew it could be a great help for us and I always have it in stock. It works great for a family member with MS that must take medicine that results in severe gas. Helps reduces the bad bloating and gas better than anything else we have tried. I appreciate being able to find good multi-box deals here on Amazon.

I am still confused (but happy) I just got 12 boxes of 36 each. This is beyond my expectations and/or my meager math skills. I can't recommend purchases that give you more than you expect enough, tho I still wonder if it's in error.
