yor: A fait augmenté la consommation d’eau pour mon chat qui ne buvait pas trop. L’entretient est plutôt facile et rapide. Ne fait pas de bruit avec le réservoir plein même dans une chambre mais le bruit augmente avec la diminution du réservoir très bas, la lumière est plutôt bien dosé aussi. Seul problème au bout de 6/7 mois j’ai oublié l’entretient un week end et la pompe est tombé en rade, je ne sais pas si c’est la cause ou le calcaire de l’eau qui a abîmé la pompe mais apparement 6 mois revient beaucoup dans la durée de vie de la pompe sur les plaintes au niveau de la pompe et j’ai suivi les instructions à la lettre. J’ai pu la remplacer sans tt racheter via Amazon sur le site du vendeur pour la moitié du prix d’achat de la fontaine.

Happyshopper247: The media could not be loaded.  I have tried my elderly cat with a fountain before and he didn't like it, but this year I tried again with a stainless steel dish. As you can see he highly approves of it and now drinks every morning, night and throughout the day. He did take about a week before he drank from it properly and I had to take the flower section off as he likes to drink from the dish and his face was getting wet! Its been over a month and the underside of the stainless steel dish (the edges that sit on the plastic body) has started to rust which is disappointing. However this part isn't sitting in the water bowl section so I'm hoping the water won't be contaminated. It hasn't got any worse and I dry it off after cleaning, before switching it back on. Lost a star for that and I will keep monitoring incase it gets worse. Still glad I bought it.

Kathy: I bought this to replace one that developed a poor stream (1 yr old). This is so quiet and the light helps with seeing the water level. I've discovered it gets loud only when the filter needs to be changed, which is kind of helpful. My cats took to it right away. Highly recommend.

6 months later the motor filter had to be cleaned/changed every other day. Tried to buy a new motor but brand disappeared. Bought another one exactly the same but different brand, totally happy.

MelFor: My cats like it. I like the lights. I wish it was all stainless, however. I feel like bacteria is still in the bottom, but not as bad as if it were just a plastic bowl with still water. Easy to clean, pretty to look at.

K Petty: We really like these but it can be a hit and miss if you are going to get a good one. Our first one we just tossed after almost 2 years. I think it was very worth every penny for lasting that long. We got a second because we liked it so much. It’s doing really well. Then we had to move a cat to her own private room because she’s old and other cats were picking on her so we gave her the first one and ordered a third. We had to take the flower off because it doesn’t fit right and makes lots of noise. The cats don’t use it as much as the others. Then we ordered a 4th to replace the first one. Most of the time it’s very quiet but sometimes the flower moves and I have to work hard on it to readjust it to get it quiet again. Love these waterers. Our cats are definitely healthier because they are drinking a lot more. If we ever get another that doesn’t work right we will exchange it. These will be worth the trouble if that should happen.
