But it does help with certain exercises where I need to keep my back straight. I sweat way more in my mid section while wearing it. Remember to buy one size bigger. Yes it is some what adjustable but you will want some wiggle room, trust me. Delivery was perfect.

J Mon: In terms of results I have definitely noticed some inches off after wearing multiple times a week for 2 months or so - however, it’s tricky putting it on sometimes and securing it tight enough so there aren’t gaps in various parts of where it wraps around the body & ensuring the Velcro is perfectly lined up so it doesn’t scratch up against your skin. It’s also been a really helpful tool for my back & posture, especially when working out, & I’ve noticed less aches & pains. There are deff better products out there but this one has been a solid purchase for me otherwise.

Karen H: I have a bad back and I need something for support when I exercise and do yoga. This belt works great for that purpose and it has the added benefit of making me sweat more when I work out. That's a win win in my book. Only 4 stars for sturdiness because it already has a tiny, tiny tear in it, and 4 stars for ease of use because it can be kind of hard to line it up so all the Velcro matches up with the other part. It's also a little hard to clean. But honestly, I'd buy it again.

Addy Lee: This belt is sooooo nice. I've had it for a year or so and it hasn't started to break apart inside like other belts I've owned.
I can do crunches, sit-ups, biking, jogging ect without anything interfering. The ONLY issue I have is the velcro, which can be a bit annoying at times. It's not bad in anyway, just that there is so much (the whole end of the belt is velcro, along with the strap) and it does help it stay in place for sure, but it's also a bit difficult to make sure to sticks just to the fabric and not over the belt a bit. So sometimes, you can feel the velcro on your skin while working out.
It's not a deal breaker though, bc you shouldn't be using the belt excessively anyways.
It's length is long, but the width is pretty standard. If you have a longer torso, make sure to measure yourself correctly before buying.
