Danielle Alcaraz: I'm so disappointed. This product stopped working after a year with occasional use. The tank that holds the water is too small, water leaks and takes a while for it to warm up.

When it worked, I loved the tool. But having too fill up the water tank and wait for it to cool off before the nozel would turn to open, was a real drag.

No warranty and now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work. Here you go landfill.

Lily Li: Once you finish one fill of water, it takes long time to cool down to use again.
I used it for kitchen greasy. This took is not very powerful for this kind of work.

Lemming: I had no idea steam cleaners existed until I watched a British show about obsessive house cleaners. I was so impressed I bought this one. So I'm naive when it comes to this product. Perhaps you are too, so I'll give you some hints from my experience.
The instructions are in.......... Non-native English. They are very hard to understand, and they do not fully explain how to use the product. The machine itself is very sturdy so far, and works well.
You *will* burn yourself. You'll burn yourself with the steam, with the attachments, and with the brass fittings on the cap. So be careful.
I guess I thought it was like an iron that you unplugged when it was at temp. Not so. The machine has to remain plugged in, though you could get a minute or two out of it if you really needed to use it somewhere without a plug handy.
To operate the machine you have to hold down a deadman switch. This switch is in probably the least ergonomic place, and it hurts your hand after a while.
The tank capacity is low, but you get about 10 minutes of use per fill. Afterwards you have to unplug it, let it cool down a bit, and refill. When you refill it, use warm or hot water so you don't crack...

JAB: This was a total piece of junk. I've never written a review before, but this was such a horrible flop I felt compelled to warn other buyers. You get more steam out of taking a shower than this thing produced and it wasn't hot enough to clean anything. I just tossed the entire thing in the garbage.

kj: The streamer work great. It's light weight and easy to assemble.
Dislike- It leaks, It dont hold alot of water, and it take a minute to heat, and cool down.
